How the division works
The process follows the complete vessel system—not a single component in isolation. That reduces unnecessary parts replacement and creates a cleaner service record for the next decision.
We look beyond the visible wire or line to terminals, chainplates, turnbuckles, tangs, spreaders, mast hardware, deck structure, and operating geometry.
Findings are separated into safety-critical, serviceable, monitor, and upgrade items so the owner can plan the work logically.
Work may include custom 1×19 stainless wire assemblies, swaged terminals, custom rope splicing, furlers, adjustable backstays, winches, mast hardware, tuning, and coordinated crane support.
